‘The Forest of Oblivion3’ is a performance installation that deals with the contradictory world in recent days. The reality is much contrasted with the ideal world that many people claim. It makes people feel anger and helplessness to experience the reality that even common sense is broken in society. However, at the same time, sometimes it also makes us to take a contemplative attitude to sustain life over time. Candles are converted to wax drippings and cover nails, which represents the natural process of how people are trying to keep their place and overcome the past wounds over time in an unstable and oppressing society.
